Massive flash floods that swept through the Himalayan border regions of Nepal and Tibet on Wednesday killed at least 98 people and destroyed villages and infrastructure, officials said. Hundreds are still missing, including foreign tourists and pilgrims from neighbouring India, as authorities race to send humanitarian assistance to affected communities.
